We are a bespoke training company that specialises in CSA training. In all of our training, we offer detailed personalised feedback and resources which we're sure will help get you move one step closer to passing your exam.

Who we Are
Dr Beej Shah
​
Beej organises and leads all training session for MedLighten. Since graduating from medical school at Birmingham University in 2011, Beej is now a practising GP in Northamptonshire after obtaining both MRCP(UK) and MRCGP(UK).
​
Throughout her career, she has been involved in training and medical education and was nominated for 'Best Clinical Teacher' during FY1. Her practice was awarded 'Best Training Practice' in 2020 by Warwick Medical School and she was also an actor for PACES mock exams.
​
Currently, Beej is a clinical tutor for Warwick medical students at her practice and she also supervises GP trainees at her practice.

Daniel Paine

After graduating from Warwick University, Dan went on to work as a customer adviser for a high street bank and as a lecturer in engineering at a college level.
​
As a non-medic with extensive communication skills training and experience, he is able to provide feedback from the perspective of a patient and give feedback on where to make progress.

Feedback
It's one thing to practice cases, but to really get the most out of your exam prep you need good feedback. That's why whenever you practice with us, you will always get a thorough review of your performance afterwards!

You'll get an idea of what skills you're doing well and what needs improvement, but most importantly you'll be shown how to improve.
Our Cases
We believe that part of good CSA preparation is having the right cases to learn from. Each of our cases is designed to test you to your limits. We try and catch you out so that when you take the exam, you won't be!

Are you having difficulty with a certain type of patient? Maybe angry patients really throw you off? We have cases which are focused on specific areas so that you can really hone your skills and ace those tricky ones.
